20 years of tenant-rep experience working with DaVita. Fresenius, and American Renal. In that time we have worked on over 200 different site selections for new clinics, lease renegotiations, purchases and sales. We made the choice to transition to represent landlords.

In the time that we worked as tenant representatives, we successfully negotiated on our client’s behalves time and time again. We have the knowledge of how the tenants negotiate against the landlord. We are able to capitalize on that information and bring better service to the landlord by helping them side-step the unreasonable requests and posturing from the tenant.


Is to ensure that the landlord receive a fair deal when negotiating new lease terms. Typically the tenant will grandstand and threaten to open a new clinic down the street if their demands are not met. The fact is the amount of capital expenditure invested in the current location is a high-enough sum of money that it is not a financial incentive to pick up and move.

Usually the tenant will send a representing team to negotiate with the landlord. Many times that team will ask the landlord to pay their commission.
